Leading mid-tier accounting and advisory firm Nexia Sydney today announced the appointment of Emma Zadow as the new Independent Chair, marking a significant milestone as the firm embarks on its next phase of growth. Ms Zadow succeeds Stephen Purcell, who steps down after five years in the role.

Ms Zadow brings a deep experience and a proven track record in the professional services sector. With a strong background in strategy and business growth, including leadership roles across legal, advisory and not-for-profit sectors, Ms Zadow is well-positioned to lead Nexia Sydney through its next chapter of expansion and innovation.

Ms Zadow is a Non-Executive Director of Morrison Low Holdings, WT Partnership and Barnardos Australia, and serves as Chair of Law Partners.

Outgoing Chair Stephen Purcell, who was the first independent Chair appointed by Nexia Sydney, welcomed Ms Zadow’s appointment.
